Hey guys, im thinking of getting SL60's and for the power ive got a schnieder 4x65WRMS amp... As the Nominal power for SL is 80WRMS would it be better for me to bridge the channels and have 135RMS but just not that the sensativity turned up to full there getting max power or should I just run 65RMS?

Also how do I work out how much power the tweeters can handle if i power them of the headunit or the amp?

Thanks in advance
A little confused Pik0

65wrms should be enough for them. if you are not using the other 2 channels then bridge them. the extra headroom will be handy biggrin.gif

try both see what you like

im addicted to power so my bet would be on the bridged setup

but if you can live with it in 4 channel mode you have more options smile.gif

hey man i got a set of the SL60's.
I bridged my 75x4 sony to them so they are getting somewhere around 130w - 140w to them and they sound sweet as!
