Hi,

i just wanted to ask you a couple of questions.
I want to run an all mtx system in my nissan skyline R33gtst, i am buying 1 MTX T9512-44 sub, 2 MTX T5512-44 subs, MTX T6.6 6" splits, and MTX 6x9's or 7x10.
I just wanted to ask, what kind of MTX amp or amp's do i need to run these to the max, hopefully not very expensive

im not sure i understand the sub setup

your going to have one 95 series 12inch dual 4ohm and two 55series dual 4ohm subs in one car

why???

either stick with the single 95 series or get two 55 series, it will make things a lot simpler and easier.

9512-44 92.9db vs 5512-44 91db ref....so the 95 might go louder but will require alot more power to do so.

both sub series will require different boxes to have a similar output response and the subs will reach their maximum at different times.

at the end of the day yes you can do it..but the results in most cases is very average. For the best results use the same make model type and confiuration and youll be a lot happier.

Sensitivity isn't a very important spec, don't put much importance on it.

A system will only sound as good as it's weakest link. Why run a high end sub, along with lower end models?

So i shouldnt have bought all 3 subs? wont they work together as well as they would individually.
I was thinking of buying and a monoblock MTX T81000D amp for the MTX T9512-44 and another mtx 4 channel for the other 2 and the rest of the car???

Man mixing subs is a recipe for disaster...the only reason you'd mix subs is if you were running a demo board in your car and plan to run them individually, or if you were trying to make your car look "fully sik"

DONT DO IT!!! just a warning.
it will sound crap, never mix subs.
Only identical subs should ever be used.
And any more than two is a waste, and in most cases one GOOD sub will do just fine.
