X2. Also bridgable to run at about 500wrms (14.4v) at 2 ohm smile.gif

if you dont want boston then get the eclipse

its the cleanest amp ive had im my system to date...well apart from the ppi art a1200.2

the eclipse is fully i mean it is fully dual stereo internals. Each side has its own powersupplies, voltage and current gain amp sections. It shares the pre-amp filter op-amp stage. Very powerful with it being 2 x240watts rms bridged @ 4ohms..thats a nice setup. $799 rrp its a great deal and can be had for around $650 at stores.

this amp kills the xtant 404ms i used to run and their RRP is what the xtant used to go for S/H (when these xtants were available).

Bostons are nice amps... The Precision Power amps are a good one to grab a hold of too.. but I'm still sticking to my Phoenix Gold Titanium. Even the Xenon Series... I'm sure Damo95 could agree on that one tongue.gif

Thanx Tiger.. you had to drag me in here didnt you.. tongue.gif
I'd go the PG's too, not just because i have 2 Xenon amps waiting to go in..

You could also look at TRU Tech, as i know of a few selling that are within your budget.. wink.gif

Have you looked at Audison?? i know i might get shot down here but i had an LRx2.500 and it ran my old Dyn's nicely.. thats another good SQ amp..

it all comes down to what you like basically and what you want to achieve.. if your planning on expanding the 'line-up' with a monoblock or another amp down the track, it would be good to get an amp that has the 'future' amps in the same series.. looks better..

Hahaha The list has grown from [this] to [-------------------THIS------------------]

All good amps here to think about... and good pickup niteflyer... Forgot about the Diamond Audio amp
