I've sourced a Mongoose M60S, and hooked up the alarm on a 96 Civic. I couldn't get the central locking to work with the alarm however (keyless entry).
Anyone done or know about this combination?

Wiring colours on Civic:

Power Lock: green/white
Power Unlock: green/orange
Lock Motor : white/red
Unlock Motor: blue/red

Below you'll find a diagram of the Mongoose's central locking manual diagram. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone?

the lock common and unlock common would connect to negative if the honda civic is negative switching, which im "positive" it is. But it looks as though you have got that bit.

really need the manual to figure it out properly but i would think u would connect "Lock NO" to the power lock, and "unlock NO" to power unlock.

First, connect a negative to the lock and unlock common then test the "lock NO" and "unlock NO" they should pulse negative. in which case connect as above.

Out of memory the 96 Civic requires a motor in the drivers door. If the passenger door doesnt lock the drivers door it only has a micro switch and you will need to install a locking motor.

Gav's right, it will need a motor in the door. Its pretty straight forward to do though
