hey guys,
got a VIPER 791xv alarm, came with my car. some how the alarm activated couldn't start car.note my remote or my receiver does not work aka when i try and unlock it nothing happens( yes has battery, does display what door is open etc)+ the valet button aint hooked up. still had warranty so installer came by nd cut nd looped 2 wires so i can start the car.
car is off the road now nd need to get it ready for rwc but i cant drive it coz the alarm is still on so i cant signal etc. what do i need 2 do to disable the alarm so i can get it on the road and drive up to my installer so i can get it working again.

can i just cut and loop those fat wire's from the xcrs box?.

do i have to loop them or can i just cut them?
if i just unplug the white plug from the xcrs wires without stuffing sumthing up?

how do i no if the remote or receiver is fualty so i can just replace it?
