Never the less, you have some good starting gear there so by all means go ahead and put the time into making a good enclosure. Hitting 140dB would be a good effort for you and I'm sure you'd be happy once you heard it

And that is what its all about! Forget the numbers, they LIE!!!
Plus, those sort of numbers are enough to have some fun at local comps.
Maybe attend a couple before hand and re assess your goals...
I'd rather have 140 at 40Hz than 150 at 60Hz any day.
That is of course, if you like music. If you only want to enjoy 2 second burps outside the car, then you might go the other way.
