Not so great phone camera, but you can see where im talking about. There are 7 screws to remove.
These are the screw Locations
#1 and #2 are just normal screws and can be removed.

#3 needs the tab pulled out to reveal this screw.

#5 there is a cap on the head of these screws, you can pry it off with razor blade or small screwdriver. (its the small centre bit not the outer bit)

To get the handle off you need to remove the clips on the lock rods. This is done by firmly holding the rod, while lifting the clip a little and sliding it across and up. after this the door can be lifted away to reveal the the wires for power windows and mirrors. Just unplug them and the door trim is free.
with the tweeter mount, you have to pull from the top by sliding something (i used fingers) under and pulling it out.
this is because there are clips on the bottom that hold it into place
