so they have changed the ST A rule have they, are only allowed one amp now, not allowed to strap 2 together anymore?

No just one amp in A, two in B and four in C.

No multi-cell batteries either, and only 650 cubic inch in Street A.

For the stock street it says mods b pillar foward and ST a none, what does that mean by mods?

Dropped off the radar for awhile.

Was hoping to get back into it after selling all my gear.

Although its not as easy as i thought to get some decent gear at some decent prices LoL, decent enough that that missus wont complain that is.
