Hi Everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone would know which wire is the speed pulse signal wire in a VZ Maloo?

As far as i know there aren't any workshop manuals for the VZ series, if the VT - VY is the same i'll just go buy that workshop manual and get the info from that.

My only reservation is that they changed the engine from the LS1 to the LS2 and possibly changed the wiring also.

and on a side note, I'm not too hip to the lingo of kids these days... what does FTW mean if someone says it in a post?

FTW = For the Win. It means it is good.

try this, left side behind the cover left of the glovebox. there should be a wiring loom connected to a white plug secured to the metal. you can find everything you need there to connect up a navigation unit...

Thanks Synical, the wire was solid purple... it is the right wire according to the head unit because it gets my speed right.
