- coil config/rating?
- enclosure your going to be using? (ported vs sealed, etc)

about the budget i dont know exactly it depends on the amplifier.

Usually it's the other way around Ron - The amp depends on the budget.
A few other queries.
- Are you after a SPL beast, or just a daily system?
- If daily, I would be looking at spending $1-1.5k; if SPL beast then a bit more then this.
- Are you in Australia, or a different country? To my knowledge RE aren't readily available in Aus, so if you're not here it might impact on what you have available to you and at what price.
