Just wondering when/if there are any SPL comps here in Melbourne? I'm mainly interested in going along just to see what kind of dB I get from my system...

yeah a few car audio stores have a termlab.
get in touch with the guys at phatt audio they should be able to help you out.

Maybe an idea for an MEAVIC event in the future, low key SPL test + tune day, November is so far away?

Yeh i would love to catch a train down and visit all the good guys from MEA VIC and get some idea's for my non existant install (got the hardware thats it lol)

Yes we are looking into a way to bring some more events for SPL Competition in Victoria presently with the new committee looking after events / social etc.
