Nice
Not really, very disappointing actually.

After 4 long days and nights we made significant gains, we went to 16V batts and I re-wired all the amps to 0g.
At around 1am this morning, we maxed out at 168.0 from just two amps at 0.5 ohm (15.4V at the amps). I'm sure you'll understand our hopes for four amps at 0.25 today......
It was a bad week, Theo's brand new engine in his drag car failed, Aaron's CD player failed and this morning at around 2am Theo's big Snap On charger joined the club. Thankfully Leo (a dead set legend and all around top bloke

) loaned us his charger pretty well all day.
Unfortunately it just couldn't kick the 3-5 year old golf cart batts in the little wagon into life. Our first run with four amps resulted in the 9V region (from 16.7V), with a best of 167.7, still the highest dB Drag score ever recorded in Australia.

Aaron, Theo and I are now exploring battery options for the next run later this year.

Some good news from today! Samuel McWaters, a long time dB Drag competitor getting up way up there, 157.5 in SS 1-2, a great score, well done!
