I have decided to change the dead deck over in my car as im doing the rest of the install but wanted to find out what the good dvd players are that will actually look alright in the rounded shaped dash in the au's...any help would be cool as.

Run a search for 'MR_XR6' and his install thread in his AU XR6. Hes had a few screens in it from memory, pretty sure he had an Alpine IVA-D310E at one stage then had a 7" touch screen moulded into the dash with an Alpine DVD Source.

yeah i checked out all the forums that had anything to do with the au's already,lol. just trying to find out what sort of dvd units ppl are running and what has worked well for them. i had a JVC DVD source unit in my previous car which my old lady is drivin atm but she wont let me trade her for a brand new eclipse unit that i have sittin here so i have to buy a new one.lol
