Just wanted some help on setting up my amp to achieve the best results...
my system consists of the following ;

CLARION VRX576USB HEAD UNIT
CLARION SRS 1686 COMPONENTS
STOCK REAR SPEAKERS
4/3/2 CHANNEL BLAUPUNKT AMP
4/3/2 CHANNEL KENWOOD AMP
2 JL AUDIO 12W1V2 SUBWOOFERS IN BOX

How should i set the gains.. At the moment im getting distortion from the tweeters????? http://www.clarion.com/us/en/products/2006...4643389230.html

Follow the setting the gains tut (if you haven't already) and you should get a good result. As I've said in one of your other threads (pretty sure it was yours) there is no dead set "best" settings to use that will net you perfect results, it's all in your own trial and error.

Have you posted in the NSW section to see if you can get some help from some of the locals in the place, a TnT perhaps?

no i haven't posted in the nsw section, maybe i should...
so is it just basically trial and error.. like adjust the settings until im happy with the sound?

Like fade the music all the way to the front and adjust the gains>?
