I think Wazza was making a vietnamese peasant style hat out of an old 12" cone and VC, using a run of 8ga as a chin strap. ( You might need 2 runs of 8ga if its one of those DVC DD jobs, aparently they take a fair bit of power)

Otherwise, if you can make friends with some Ambo's, they have their lightweight fluro white chemhaz suits you can pinch. Paint a few radioactive or Hazmat signs on there, don a 1920's gas mask (cheap from the army disposals stores) and freak those poor party kids out...
