Im looking at rewiring our boat before summer as it is rather messy, old and last summer we had a few connectors fail etc

Im having trouble finding wire in various colours and thicknesses eg 10amp, 20amp etc

Im after a few different colours on 10+ meter rolls

any idea where be best place for me to find some? i dont mine online, even overseas if i get something special at a good price

You thought about looking to see if someone like painless make a wiring harness to suit?
or if its an outboard you thought to check how much a wiring harness is worth OEM?

other wise check with autoelecs and electrical wholesalers / distributors

Its a 400 chev so it only has about 3 wires running to it

LOL fair enough gotta love carby V8s - and probably only a 1 wire alternator as well im guessing?

You could of course just use the colors you have available and then CLEARLY lable them using something like a dymo and some clear heat shrink
