i just want to say thanks to ROB AKA Curly_C.
on saturday it was decided i would ring around and ask a couple of people if they would possibly loan me an amp to compete at autosalon newcastle as my Z1A's were sold and my new amps are having a couple minor repairs done to them and i wont have amps until wagga.
so after ringing a few dbdrag competitors, that i know had amps, and that could probably lend me an amp, after no luck, i thought ah someone i know who will prob loan me an amp is ROB being that i loaned one of my Z1A's to him this year to compete with.
as soon as i asked ROB if i could borrow his EPSILON surfboard amp.
without one single bit of hesitation he said sure not a problem.
now ROB is a person i think i have known for 3 years but actually spoke to probably about 8 times in Person and about 30 times on the phone and net. so you wouldnt say we hang out together. but we are good mates still all the same.
i picked the amp up from him saturday. went to Devinchys birthday that night. hooked the amp up sunday morning in newcastle. thanks to angelo also for coming over and testing my subs and wiring the subs upto the amp for me because to start with i thought i had no output we later find out it was taking about 6 seconds before the amp would kick in and start to output a signal to the subs. Leo hooked the ocilliscope upto the amp since i have never played with this amp before. at full gain the amp wasnt even clipping really. so i then burped it a 156.5dB.
so i then decided to compete and managed with the amp running at .25ohm per board and doing 4 runs of 156.5, 156.6 156.6 and 156.7dB by the final run.
the car took out SPL King on the day also.
so thanks again to ROB aka Curly C for lending me the epsilon amp. allowing me to compete and win my class aswell as take out SPL king for the event.
without ROB lending me the amp i wouldnt have gone or been able to compete.
a great friend and a great person for trusting me with an amp he knew i have never ever used or even knew much about.

Good work guys. That is one of the great things about SPLers, willing to help eachother out and lend a hand always.
Ok, well sometimes

your A NOTHING BUT A GOOSE and an IDIOT sirdiligaf.
i have not blown any amps from bad installs never. i shorted the RCA imputs due to an accident when linking my new amps and that was an accident. my other amp blew at 1ohm with no headunit hooked up and nothing running apart from the amp turning on and something went inside the amp. (not bad inbstall or wiring as it was working for 2 weeks after the problems with my first amp). so i have not blown any amps from bad installs)
even phil has blown an amp before through an accident when wiring them up are you going to say he does bad installs and shouldnt be trusteed with amps. wake up you idiot. accidents hapen and thats what happened with one of my amps.
but you know why he trusted me because he knows me DILIGAF and has seen what i do with my stereo gear unlike yourself and the fact i loaned him and wired my amp in his car so he to could win once so he loaned me his. thats why he trusted me because he knows me unlike you,
because i have not blown anything through bad installs, just an accident once.
but anyway go cry somewhere else DILIGAF

Dude, you joint the positive outs of two new amps together. Now they're both getting repaired. Do the math.

yes phil but my point was it was an accident that i wired them up wrong just an accident, not through a bad install like DILIGAF says.
even you have had an accident before, even Michael has had an accident before heaps have had accidents like me. it happens once and you dont do it again LOL that was my point to DILIGAF and thats why Rob still trusted me with the amps because in the end i know what i am doing and wouldnt have blow his amp on him.

Man, you had two woofers out of phase and folded two cones also. These "accidents" are getting expensive.
