i want to come and say 'hi' and have a look-see. won't be competing though.

but petrol for return-trip to nazza wazza could be too nasty. might bring the 2L instead of the V6.

smile.gif
Marc
Bring the good one along (not that ugly square one tongue.gif) and show us some progress smile.gif
Damo95

Damn straight!

wink.gif

But then again I didn't buy a V8 cos I was worried about fuel economy or the environment....
Pulse-R
you pay how much for a car, and then complain about petrol prices... hahahaha

I'd like to see the more recently acquired car, loved the build pics.
~Spyne~
yeah, i wanna see the old 'clanger'
smile.gif
blanketman
imagine the petrol prices for me

smile.gif

bayblaster
Do spectators have to pay $35 or is it free to come have a look?

~Spyne~

i think you just resent the 155 dominating the E36 in Touring Car Championships. tongue.gif

smile.gif

Marc
Still only an alfa tongue.gif

laugh.gif i've replaced all the suspect parts already...i think. silly.gif

strangely enough, on the road it feels older than 15yo! bit rattly, the interior looks old skool, and there's lots of roadnoise! bloody alfa's.

to think that the red 156 i had was only 6~7 years newer, but felt lightyears ahead in refinement.

You spend how much doing up the old Alfa and you're talking about the cost of fuel!! Surely it's less than half a bottle of all the treatments you are using for the car - probably less than shipping parts from the UK too!

I might come down and have a look before watching Indy!
shiny_car
laugh.gif ok, it's the time and fuel. wink.gif it'd be a 'whole day' to drop by; probably with 2 hours each way.

weekends off are uncommon for me, so i need to justify everything. tongue.gif

I am in the same boat Rich. Unfortunately both my daily drivers hate being ran on anything other than V-Power, and the whole thing I rarely get a weekend off.

I can't decide to either run the "not-yet finished" Integra or my daily driver, which has NO eq:)

Don't worry - time is a concept I understand - and would believe yours is precious with the amount of time working on the car smile.gif
shiny_car
it's ok, i plan to be there! i just like to whinge! biggrin.gif

smile.gif
Damo95
c'mon shiny... dont be shy...

you can justify coming to narre warren to catch up with all your car audio buddies...... drinks.gif

just bring a few chamois' so you can wipe the drool off after everyones stopped looking.. lol...
Fudd
if i make it ill be there late late
broadz

Jonesy, you coming mate? I've got a DDZ1A i'll be able to bring down for ya wink.gif
Lookin forward to catching up with everyone as i'm not gonna be able to go to the next patoneys meet.

Richard, your new(old) alfa is the main attraction, mostly the reason why I'm going smile.gif
Westy87

jukebox
heres a couple of pics from today of the things that stood out for me..
im sure damo will have plenty of pics of the day and better qaulity so i wont add too many..

stand out moment for me today, was the pioneer wagon, it sounded insane, had the best centre channel and stage depth ive ever heard, i could have sworn there was another speaker there.. i suppose 3.5 grand of head unit gear alone and endless hours of speaker testing will do that tho.. tongue.gif if anyone gets the chance, have a listen to it..
