Just bought a nokia 7250 and i have to say it is an amazing piece of technology. everything i will ever need, in an amazingly designed compact package its damn sexy imo too.. shame about the sharp price tag but hey, i think its worth it.

Trouble is, the ringtones and wallpapers that come as standard are kinda pathetic, anybody know of any good sites that I can get some for like a relatively cheap price that are great quality?

also is there any way i can download the pics i've taken down to my desktop via a usb cable or something? also is there any way to then put midi files as poly ringtones and then get them to my mobile??

The pictures can be transferred to your computer via data cable or infra-red.

You can change midi's to ringtones but they have a certain tone limit or something so you'll have to work with that. I used my laptop for my 7250 and its so damn easy it aint funny.

I picked up one of these phones last week too. Very very nice phone. Id love to know these WAP sites as I am dying to get some ringtones. The standard ones suck!!!

If you want a data cable go to ebay or www.mobacc.com.au (then to USB products). Should be able to get one for like $60 or less (compared to the $160 we sell them for at work ).

IR adapters are bloody picky with the new nokias (some work, some dont) so a cable is ur best bet when ur 1mths free GPRS ends
