Hey,

I was just wanting to know what to tune my twin 6" ports tuned at 45hz in my 2.5c/f 25mm mdf box? I have 2 DD 2012 running off a small fusion amp at the moment but will soon getting the jaycar mono.

for sound qual, you need to tune low so as not to get as many peaks in the frequency... Im no pro, but id say try tuning around 28Hz

Is that a 2.5 cubic foot INTERNAL volume?

DDs can be tuned higher than "normal" subs and still retain a good response.
