was out lastweek with the g/f looking for a b-day present for me i was after a mp3 player to listen to while im at work was thinking of minidisc but for 600 and up was way too exxy then thought discman but then was too bulky and might skip as i work in a factory and walk around alot might skip, then i seen the creative digital mp3 players 128mb version for 349 i think with mmc card slot there aswell and i thought seieng as i use those cards in my digi camera that would be the best bet this was at auburn megamart we were all set on gettin that and i thought wait lets go too penrith first so we get there and they have the creative mp3 player 128mb version for only 299 we thought bargain then i see a 10gb mp3 player down fromm 599 too only 199 and thought hell yeah that is what i want so yeah we bought that there and then and so happy now whoo hoo,

just thought id share that with you all....

Not the way i woulda gone mate, but cool! I recon your better off with an MP3 Playing Discman. Sony doesnt make one and is trying to stop other people making them, but they can just suck my NU:banane:!
The cheapie my little bro has (like $60) sounds pretty good compared to my sony discman (same quality mp3 as the cd i have) but the best one at the moment is this: the I River one... http://www.mp3.com.au/shop/purchase.asp?id=281

Screw portable CD players. Why would you want skipping? And MP3 players are tiny! Sounds great to me VL!
