you could always just block them and see if they ever come online - if they do then they haven't blocked you... if don't then they have.

i never pissed anyone off, this person said he was going to america, then he came online briefly and he wouldnt not have gotten to america in such a short time, thats why i think he blocked me

if he lied about going to america do you really want to talk to him anyway?
