Well when my car got defected for faulty brakes i got them fixed (at a big name store) and they put new pistons and bads on the back drums!
2000km later they are fuked! I drive along and my brakes lock up for no reason, And i reverse back abit n go forward and they unlock..
But as i drive i can hear them scraping as they are slightly locked on and squeeling!
Does anyone think they will fix the problem or try and blame it on me?
Not fuking happy as it cost me $346 to get it fixed and 1 month later they are fuked!
I certainly looked like a fukwit with about 30 people around n they locked on n im draging the **** end around to the closest spot to fix it!
Lucky they havnt locked on while im going down the highway, i cant imagin doing fishys at 90km!

Go in and talk to them. Don't whinge or anything. Just tell them the problem and let them know this is a month after it was 'fixed' here.

There work should have come with atleast a 3 month warrenty, just ring them and ask if they do, but dont mention your situation at all, then take the car in and tell em whats happining to it

took my car to k-mart tyre and auto for a service, they replaced the rear right tyre during the service.

1 - 2 months later i hear this scraping from the rear right wheel! . by the time i got it to k-mart again, it was farked. $640 for new brake rotors and pads...

so yeah, i won't be going back there again

Well i got mine fixed..
They took the drum off and i had snapped the 2 pins that hold the pads inplace.. So the pads and everything inside the drum were just all over the place and getting caught up!

Then he checked the otherside while he was at it, And he takes the wheel off and notices they didnt replace a washer cap thing that goes on before the nut for the drum!
And he tells me not to drive it to much otherwise the nut might come off and the wheel will fall off!
LOL very professinal! Too bad if it falls off i know who ill be sueing!
He told me to come back in 3 days cause he has to order it in!
