This is NOT the same as a Pivot Volt Stabliser (the Japanese site you've linked to). The RAIZIN kit you're selling is merely one that closely resembles the Pivot one (even down to the name).

These are the glorified grounding kits right? I remember one of these things (not this particular model) was just a ground kit, with a box full of putty, no circuitry. Still worked
