Me and a few internet mates of mine (you know who your are!) have decided that it is about time there was an Australian internet Mini forum, so I thought i'd start one up! The URL is

I'm not meaning to be rude here, just trying to help out.... In case you didn't know you can get "skin" kinda packages for PHPBB forums. Some of them are quite nice and will make your forum look alot more proffesional and different from all the other people using PHPBB....
Anyways, looks like you've got all the right kinda forums set up there...I'll be telling some of my mini crazed friends about the site for ya

Yep, the skin is the next thing I will be doing... Already done the little logo at the top (which is only temp until I get my car on the road, which i'll then use a pic of my car). Only one problem... I couldn't get the forum to work properly with any free hosts that I tried, so a mate kindly offered to use his space, so I don't have FTP access.

I reckon you'd struggle to find a free web service offering MySql access which PHPBB relies on anyhow

I did... uploaded the forum, everything was going good, could post and all. Wouldn't let anyone register though. They could post as a guest though. Was wierd. Ohwell, it's all running now!
