Hard to say, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's real. There's a duct from nose to eye I think, just like from nose to ear. I've seen people drink milk through their nose and some comes out their eye.

Yep the finger looks like it goes in instead of up to the side!

MMMMmmm just a little photochopped. If you take a look at the finger going in. You can see that it's just tucked under neath. Looking at the way the knuckle is and all. Tuck your knuckle under your hand and then stretch it back out. SEE!
