Now,many of u guys will say why have to be these two but not ID Max,so on and so on.
I just like the look of these 2 sub and the power out put is phenominal,it's just my personal choice that all.
If anyone have come across these 2 sub please put some thought to help me to decide.
Cheers

for starters, you'll want a dual 4ohm sub (or SVC 2ohm) to provide a 2ohm load for your monobloc. the type-X is dual 4ohm, and the RF T2 is available as dual 4ohm.

i've heard little of the RF Power series subs, and not sure why they aren't more popular. RF have always made great subs, and these look no exception. amazingly large 4" VC, and very good 19mm linear xmax (cone excursion), same as type-X. should prove to be really loud and produce effortless subbass. i would only suggest auditioning before committing.

the type-X is a top performer and quite popular. not the most efficient compared with other around (no idea how it compares with the RF), but will still go louder than required for daily use off your amp, no probs. subbass is meant to be quite accurate and very hard hitting.

is your choice limited to only these 2? plenty of tough competition at this pricepoint. but i'm sure you'd be happy with either for SQ and loud listening. just ensure the RF is a dual 4ohm.

i got a x runnin off same amp... hits hard hits low hits real accurate, on the ball on standard volume levels and bone breaking while turned up, the T2 costs almost twice wot the x does, mostly due to the fact that its imported from u.s. both will hit hard jus depends which one u prefer. but i couldnt say a bad word bout my x besides that its very power hungry. good luck dude

But in the Car Audio and Electronics review the Rockford T2 finished in 2nd place ahead of the ID MAX..........

I know the ID is popular on here, but the Rockford is an awesome sub.
