Check earths on head unit RCA grounds.

time to whip out the shorting plugs i think....
Stone
What are shorting plugs?
bob
Shorts out the inner of the rca socket to the outer.
Stone
Why would you want to do that?

tried that! what other filters are available to get of this also when you turn it right down it lets out a "pop" through the speakers!

I already told you what the fault is in the first reply to this thread.

Get the head unit checked by Pioneer.

by shorting out the inner and outer of the rcas u can then plug them inot ur amp and if it buzzez u kno its in the amp
if not plug em into the end of ur rcas say at the HU(will need femake 2 fealmale adapters) end and it buzzez but not when u plug it straight into amp u kno its ur RCAs introducing noise.
