I came along as a spectator.
I think Street B was a Celica with 142.8 or something like that.

I did miss out on alot, only saw the celica. I came at 2:30. When i came theres wasnt much ppl watching, to me theres not much interest in spl in autosalon. Or did i come to late.

The wagon fried a coil and the sub was replaced with a D1 instead of D0.5, hence the numbers were down a bit.
I wanna know where my extra 1.5dB went to.. the big heatsoak in the sky methinks, I really should stop parking my car in the blazing sun all locked up.

How phat was Tony Dorans ride there ? 3dB gain from fitting one battery, thats hot !

Oh and Windsor Incar came 2nd in SS1-2 with 149.4.. their Excel was on display rather than competing.

I'm pretty sure they wagon came down from brisbane with a fried coil. Must have been from BAS 05 in October when we saw smoke come out. Didn't really think anything was seriously wrong as the sub still worked and no scratching sound from coils. I guess since this was such a major show, I should have checked before it came down, but was too lazy.

The first run it did was a 163.1 with 7 coils, 7 amps. I called up Andu to bring his woofer around (9515 1/1) and banged it in and the score went up to a 163.6db. It was a shame not having that 0.5/0.5 ohm woofer working as I would have liked to have seen a score using full power.

Bringing the wagon down here has been an absolute nightmare. Huge thanks to Tony Doran from Doran Pro Audio for helping me with a place to store the wagon and also helping be with transport. Could not have done this without you.

Ps. Wagon still pulled a 160.3db with Andu inside the port, hope that head is still OK LOL
