ok i want 9915 box the "dd box" 40 hrz version could some one cut it all up and flat pack it to me as the 2 cabniet makers that said they could do it for me one said it would be few months till hew gets time and the other is on hoildays for over a month.
the only audio place in town only works with 18mm max so he said he can fibre glas steh inside ect ect ect $500 thast for a basic box which he has to do no working out for. (mine u he has been very helpfull and friendly)

Speak to Blanketman, he is a fibreglasser by profession and has a very well build SPL box. At present it is designed for 2 x 12's but ir would only be a caes of adding a top baffle with 1 x cutout for your 15.

it is ported not sure what freq though?

you can get mitre10 or bunnings that will cut to size, and will deliver it for around $40.

we just built an 8cube box out of dual 16mm mdf, got it all cut by mitre 10 for free.

I'd say interstate freight would cost a fair bit due to the size and weight of the wood.
