Simply put, I doubt it very much, your looking more at a 1500 price.
~Sparkles~
what do you need a 1.44 drive for?
do you need software as well?
SSS_Hoon
i got software with my current pc so no not really, but i think that xp can only be registered to one pc if so then yeah i will need at least windows xp.

1500 range damm.

well what is in the 700-900 range.

~Spyne~
amd athlon64 3000+ with mobo.
1gb ram
120gb hdd
sound blaster audigy2
ati radeon9600 256mb graphics
pioneer dvr-110d dual-layer burner

that will cost about $800.
add another $200-odd for winxp, another $100 for a tivo graphics card
Gray.
just a suggestion but you could save alot of money by using a free distro of linux and saving money by not buying an audigy.. sif anyone uses floppy drives anymore tongue.gif
seeing that you asked for a 256mb card im guessing youre a gamer which would make this post null since linux gaming is still lame

Yes but when it comes down to it, FDD are what like ~$15? Most of us can afford that. Hell the place that built my new comp for me threw one in free.

Exactly, mine got in the way of my Radiator so I ripped it out. laugh.gif
If your thinking of running a RAID array you might need a floppy for the Intel driver instal (F6) but even a Flashdrive will suffice for that.
