Hey im al looking for a new subwoofer and am probably leaning more towards a DD sub,

can anyone post any websites with the specs and prices of the dd range and also list any other subs that would be worth considering.

I really just want big bass, maybe 140-150 DB (or more )

Price for the sub is around 6-$700. Would i be able to achieve 140+db with a $600 sub and the new response amp thats soon to come out.

Any help is greatly appreciated thanks!

yes you should be able to do 140+ with 1kwrms and a 12" sub.

140-150 in a VL with 1kw and a 12" sub would be pretty hard

meter testing and box design will be key to your aim of 140-150
