It depends on what 12 it is.
It will run conventional 12s with ease, by conventional I mean entry/mid level by Kenwood, Sony, Pionner, Clarion, Alpine type S.
Slighly better 12s it handles well but they can take more power. By better 12s I mean, Jaycar double magnet, Alpine Type S, JL W3
Depends on the sub really but 400 RMS is generally enough to put some 'sik' bass in anyones car.

if you got a decent batery that can take it and decent wire it will run in 2 ohm brigged FYI
