Hey guys,
Bought a HU, amp and sub for my gf's car today, so i am after some advice for the installation.
Its a 1987-88 Corolla hatch, (AE82?)
my main questions is feeding the power cable
1. where is the best place to feed the power cable through the firewall? pics would be great!
Is there anything else i need to be aware of?

mate i just did mine on the weekend...go through the same hole as the aircon stuff on the passenger side....its a tight fit but it will work...plus the battery is on that side...happy days
i dont have any pics as yet...if you need them ill take some...
for the amp - i put mdf inbetween the back seat and the carpet and then mounted the amp onto it
as for running the wires down the side of the thats pretty easy...unscrew the kick plates and lift the carpet up...there is a plastic bit that other wires run down...you can use this if there is room or just put it down under the carpet
ok to get the wire through the hole in the firewall you will probably need to poke some normal wire through and the tape your power wire to that and pull it through...there is no alot of room
apart from that it was pretty easy...as long as you know what you are doing
