I was watching the late news last night, and the dairy farmers are putting out a call to all people who have snitched milk crates to return them. tapparantly they are wasting around $5g each year replacing them and its causing them to lose money.
how crazy is that..
if its costing them so much money, they should think of a new way to transport my milk

maybe they should try coming and picking them up!
I know my local store tells anyone to take what they want, because they never get picked up and they end up throwing them out.

I have a good 30/40 milk crates, 10/15 bread crates and another 10 or so 'Official' Coke crates sitting in the backyard. Yes I do have a big backyard..
What's the fine for having these things? Starting to get me worried.. They're good for a lil FWD fun!Later

I presume that you cut them down to squares, put them under the back wheel.
Riff the handbrake and go nuts......

Goodbye clutch,
If anyone is thinking of doing it with fwd cars, I wouldn't recommend it, it puts a lot of stress under the engine and gearbox.
I have done it before in a mates car, and it was awesome fun (its like ur rear wheels are on ice) but u get balled spots on tires ect....
We did it with binlids, u know the wheely bins?
Don't ask how we got them hahaha!

It would be just as serious as getting caught doing burnouts, U would most likely get a fine or go to court!
Probably!@

who cares about bald spots it is just a reason to put em on the front and cook em round again and when u fit em all day u can get some half decent second handers.
and as for wheely bin lids they are mental fun maccas trays wheel trims anything that is flat can be used for fun then when the lids are finished get 3 fully sik dudes to hang from ur car while sking on them

how would it cause strain ur rear wheels are locked up anhd there on the trays so ur not scraping em along so how would it give them bald spots. and ur front wheels are rolling so how do they get bald spots and as fair as ur clutch and stuff it would be just the same as towing a bit of a load behond the car wouldnt it.
correct me if im wrong that just how my logic see's it. ive never done it though
You get the bald spots because you tear a hole in the bottom of the lid, tray, crate, etc. The tyre still makes a bit of contact with the road then, so you end up with flat spots.
Wheelybin lids are choice
