Hi guys,
Considering buying this amp brand new for $450 (is this a good price?)
I want to power my front splits (Boston Acoustic 6.5" Rally)
The amp is rated at 2x50 @ 4ohm
I dont have a sub and I dont plan to run one .. will this amp provide enough bass for the fronts?
Anyone have any opinions/comments regarding this amp? How does it sound? Whats the power output like? Underrated?
For the money and SQ is it worth it?
Cheers

For that kind of money look at the for sale section and u can get Zapco Reference series 100x2 @ 4ohm, more grunt.

from what i have been told the Naka amps are quite well made etc.
it wont provide any midbass at all, the speakers will do that.
and 50wrms will be heaps to get the rallys thumping

the way you mount the 6.5" woofers will determine how much bass you get.
the amp only moves the speaker cone, not the air around it.

I'm not sure that Nak make a good amplifier tho... it has the best single CD head unit in the world but i don't know about the amplifier...

the amps are as good as the headunits. clean and VERY quiet. for the price grab it.

sound deadening will help the "bass up front"
