Old news

hahaha well not that long actually...

I spent like an hour or so reading the whole thread last nite...

Page i think it was, was amusing when everybody was suddenly an expert...

100mph is like 170km/h (give or take 20km's ) someone trying to do that round a corner is a dickhead...

The guy who was driving "BigMoney" was also known to brag about street racing and how cool it was... I guess hearing the sounds of ur friend caught in the back seat of your car burning to death will change his mind.. however maybe not.

His father died in a car accident a while ago from what i read, and still he didn't learn.

P.S: If anyone finds crash pictures for this please let me know... Maybe i am just sick and twisted, but i find this stuff interesting...

sorry i was 12hours late.

100mph = 160kph (give or take 5kmh)
the sad part is that it was the passenger who died, not the driver.
i hope the driver rots in jail, or gets the death penalty.

You are forgiven for being 12hours late MrBob hahaha

Yeah it was the passenger in the rear seat, he got trapped in there...

The driver and front passenger walked away from it...

The are still looking for the Black SMG M3 that the red m3 was chasing...

90% of the cars ran from the scene... I can sort of understand why, but even still...

They are all talking about how the organiser "Scorp" could get sued by the family etc if they wish to take action... I might have to keep close to this story and find out what happens

Ahhh i wish i could do crash scene investigations or something! Or be a detective hahaha

edit: The scariest part is it could have been someone we know... As guilty as the driver is, he was just a young guy (age 20 note: paid for the car himself i hear) who was speeding (excessively all be it) and crashed... That moment of being a bit stupid has ruined his life.

rtue, but when you've got other people's lives in your hands, you can't afford a "moment of stupidity"
it's one thing to muck around a little,
little burnout, a little drift, a bit of speeding.
it's all wrong, but we all do it.
but taking a bend "littered in gravel" at 160kph is beyond "a moment of stupidty"
i mean, even if it was on a straight road, it'd still be ridiculously stupid.

thats still is sad tho.. even though the driver was bein stupid, we all make mistakes..

Theres a time and place for everything. I know when I'm by myself, and in the middle of no where, where no one else can suffer from my mistakes, I'll go hard, and push things to their limits.
BUt there is no way in hell I'll do anything like that with someone else in the car, or if there is anyone else around.
RockfordMini
i've had close friends in accidents before and even that was a bit hard to deal with on occasions, if i was responsible for even the slightest injury i'd find it hard to forgive myself let alone be responsible for their death
east_bay_punk
yeah, well i'm sure we have all pushed ourselves further than we would normaly except we have been caught in the moment.
one thing my dad always said was "you never forget the sound of twisted metal"
FFF if you want to race, take it to the track and do it in a controled situation.
Interceptor
when i raced on the street, i refuse flat to do it with anyone in the car.
Stephen king said it best when he said: when you crash, how you will be remembered will be measured by how you go out. Go out on your own, you’ll be a legend, take someone with you, you’ll be a loser.
That guy is definitely a loser…… shame his friend lost out worse than he did.
