spot on

ones i dont like draught - *runs and hides* and one i found out over the weekend - carlton fusion....thats crap
~Sparkles~
Just got back from nailing 3 pints of carlton draught with dinner with mum and dad.

I'll drink most beers.
I preffer VB to drought out of a stubbie. I near on refuse to drink beer from a can unless its free or cheap.

I love a big creamy beer, ie kilkenny, in spring with starchy foods on a sun deck or in a beer garden.
Winter a nice crisp beer like TEDs, double D's, kingfisher etc.
Summer its gotta be a bitter / pale ale. Nothing better than nailin a few with some mates.

But then if im out drinking I like a big heavy wheat beer.

Does that include those tiny cans we drank out of in Wagga a few years back???
1 slab for $30
2 slabs for $35
i'll take the 1 thanks!!!!!!!!
THAT WAS GOLD.

i choose draught hand down everytime.
i prefer on tap if not stubby.

I too am a sucker for the belgian stuff, Hoegaarden in particular & Lefe'. Little Creatures and Beez Neez gets a mention. But everyday stuff, hard to pass Cascade.

I love beer....mmmmmmm.....

Favourites (in no particular order)

Coopers Pale Ale
Little Creatures Pale Ale
Stella Artois
Becks
Grolsch
Corona

If u guys like making your own beer, check out http://www.barleycornbrewers.com/ - great fun making beer with a mate or 2, and even more fun drinking it.

I've made the Indian Pale Ale and also the "Big Creatures" Pale Ale (similar to Little Creatures) and they have both tasted bloody awesome!

In no particular order of preference:

Beers I really like:
1. James Squire Porter
2. Schofferhoffer
3. Little Creatures Pale Ale (good to drink up to 2 of, not much good to drink any more than that)
4. Magners Cider
5. Grolsch

Beers I don't mind:
1. Corona (I know its rubbish, doesnt taste of anything, often has a bit of lemon in there, great to drink with a lot of sun)
2. James Boags Premium
3. Coopers
4. James Boag Bitter. Tasmania's VB, and I drink it cause my housemate buys it biggrin.gif
5. Cascade
6. Steinlager. Cheap cheap cheap.

Beers I particularly loathe:
1. TED. This beer has officially no flavour, and never fails to give me a headache after drinking any more than 1.
2. VB
3. XXXX
4. Pure Blonde = pure crape
5. Carlton Draught.
6. Actually anything by CUB. CUB is truly the McDonalds of beer. Actually, its worse, but I just can't think of the appropriate pig swillling fugginowsyadoguptheremaaaate metaphore right now. bad.gif
