When I went for my P's, the lady checking my results stuffed up and used the wrong template - I would have FAILED if she hadn't have picked up on her mistake

My name is spelt like a girls name, so I cop it all the time. Was bad for school camp when I got my plane ticket and it said "Mrs Xxxx Xxxxxxx", that joke went on for way too long

He cheated.
The answers for the tests are all over the internet, some of my friends used them but I refused to, if I am going to be driving I wanted to make damn sure I knew the rules properly.

If he cheated, he wouldn't have failed by one question... He obviously got friendly with the tester
Midol
Mar 27 2006, 02:49 PM
Haha, I assumed he meant he had already failed at question 1, I read it wrong.
When I got my Jetski license she was going to pass me when I failed but I said nah it was free I'll give it another go tomorrow, got 100% the 2nd time... only an idiot wouldn't though since the test was identical.

Try having the name Kyle, my whole life whenever there is any kind of role call or announcement its Kylie. Not cool.
I passed my license test even though I drove up the wrong side of the road! In my defence it was a 2 lane each way road and they had blocked off two lanes, therefore making what was normally 2 one way lanes into both ways, and the street i pulled out from didn't have any signs saying so.

back in the day when my dad went to fill out the form for his full drivers licence, there was a checkbox saying "tick here if you have previously held a motorcycle licence" . For kicks, he ticked it.
His licence came fully endorsed for motorcycle riding. I think in the day they were two seperate licences, actually. Nobody checked. he called and enquired about a replacement fee, they checked the system, said he'd got the licence on a certain date (date he checked the box) and could get a new one any time

My brother went to get a passport recently for his trip overseas. When he found his birth certificate finally. We discovered it had his gender listed as FEMALE. After 20years, I finally discovered I had a sister

After just getting my p's done again how did you miss it said F? They print it and you have to sign it to verify everything is correct...

Mar 29 2006, 09:17 PM
Entirely hypothetically, but I was just looking at my application for for my P's, and they want me to write down my date of birth.
If someone was to...accidentally write down 1987 instead of 1989, is it checked against your old RTA records, etc? And how likely would it be that this is picked up?
Just out of curiosity, of course.

Try it, and if they point it out just go 'ohh crap, can I fix that now'.
