I have found mitsubishi harness wiring details at installdr.com for older than 1998 mitsubishi's. But this wiring is different to mine. I have taken the stock stereo out and am trying to plug my pioneer deck in and having alot of trouble.

For my pioneers deck there is 8 speaker wires, ground wire, power ignition and power battery wires making a total of 11 wires plus my remote control wire. In the stock stereo there is many more wires that i am assuming have something to do with power antenna, and the volume and other knobs on steering wheel.

Anyway if anyone can be of any help it would be much appreciated.

speaker wires are easy, just the ACC and constant 12V which needs to be found, the rest are useless unless you have an amp(need the remote wire) or an electric antenna.

try the 1st gen section and im sure someone will help you man
