just after some opinions as to whether a box a built a while ago but haven't really tested properly is ok

subs are 2 12" Kicker S12L7

box measurements are 35"(width) x 16"(height) x 18"(depth)

port measurements are 4.5"(width) x 11"(height) x 10"(depth)

used 18mm MDF

is this suitable? i was thinking of giving it a bash at the next Alberts comp

also can someone tell me what the tuning freq is of this box? i think i worked it out to be about 42Hz but not too sure

and car is 94 Holden Apollo/Toyota Camry (you choose)

Box is 4.6cu.ft before woofer and port displacment, so prob come down to about 4.2cubes, which is ok for those woofers.

with that port (49.5sq") the box is tuned to roughly 44hz.

Dont know what the resonant freq is of you car do you?

How much power you got?

running off kicker kx1200.1 birth sheet states 1400WRMS

no idea of res freq, but my current box peaks at 43Hz from memory or was it 47? i can't remember
