Full Version: Glue for suede and leather

I'm going to trim my doors, roof and pillars with suede
also the rear parcel shelf and boot with leather

just wondering what would be the best glue for this application?
Please state brand, possibly price and where to buy

Treat suede and leather like vinyl. Regular trimming glue will hold it, only problem is negative curves or deep corners, because the suede and leather won't stretch too far.

Also sometimes the oils in the leather will cause the glue to lose it's grip over time.

We've always used "Anchor Weld" contact adhesive, it's served us well.

Be careful if you get red coloured contact glue, although it's easy to see where you're spraying it, the red dye can soak through some lighter coloured materials.
