Any drag racing/performance company has them, try VPW, American Auto Parts etc.
You will need the turbo start charger for the 16v side.

For 16V most competitors in Australia run pairs of 8V golf cart batteries. They're around $200-260ea depending on brand, Trojan or US Turbo are common.
You'll need a charger that can do 19V, Woods Electric from Newcastle make "Dial-o-matic" chargers with variable voltage. Also, be careful to never run the charger when the amps are on.
A 24V, 40A charger will cost you around $1000.
