ive heard there r some hands free kits, and dodgy rip offs of these hands free kits, that connect to ur car speakers or something? is it true? or is someone pullin my leg...i know this kinda stuff is availible in luxury cars etc. but the person said they were like under $50 or something

if not, r those normal handsfree kits with just the loudspeaker any good?

when i went on holidays a few weeks ago i seen this stand in the middle of marion mall in adelaide.. they has this new thing that plugs into ur phone and it tunes into an FM frequency on ur HU. all the speech then comes thru ur stereo!
i think it was about $70 from memory but seemed pretty cool. was only a little red thing about 2 inches long x 1 inch

LOL i've seen that on Berts GMA

what i don't get is that while its easy 4 u 2 hear the other person, won't they get feed back and how are they surpost to hear you??? cause they r relying on just ur phones mic and the phone is probably on the centre console or the pasanger seat

sorry bout the speeling, its late

i have tried the one that attaches to your phone and works of your stereo. it came through pretty clear and the person i was talking to couldnt tell the difference. You should be able to get them cheaper than $50. The only problem is you have to turn them on and off as you need them or the battery in the device goes flat and wont work but that is the only flaw i can see at the moment. I just prefer the normal headphone type handfree.

ive got the genuine nokia handfree kit in my car. using it with my 6310. i reckon if ur gonna get a handsfree kit then the best one to get is the one made for the phone by the company. everything always just seems like a cheep knock off. and if u look around u will get it cheep anyways. especially for the old nokia business phone 5110,6210 ect. i got mine for $50
