hi guys and pls make me welcome lol this is my first post. but anywayz, my question today is, whats a good place for a custom install? i've got a custom install already but it's not quite what i want. it's got decent stuff to be sure but not quite what i want, and i doubt it's good enough to be running at what level i want (ie oz's best sql car? hah not yet) so far it's got 2 R-type 12"s, a couple of dvd screens in the boot lid, an alpine single DIN head deck with flip out dvd screen in the dash, and i have no idea what speakers it's got. BUT, and this is the part that confuses me, the guy who had it before the caryard i bought it off, had 5 amps...... 3 V12 alpine's and 2 crappy US Audio's.... why? don't ask me... anywayz, what i wanna do is upgrade the R-type's to either X-types or eclipse titanium's (no idea on the model #) and upgrade the fronts splits to focal splits/crossovers. another thought, if my budget stretches enough, is to also get an 8" in each front door panel with custom mouldings, but like i said, only if the budget stretches. everyone's been directing me to maroochy car sound (probably coz i'm in brisbane) but i'm willing to travel considering that i'm doing a road trip down to melbourne in a month or two anywayz. so, any help would be appreciated. thanks guys.
