Hey all im looking at doing some glassing on fibreglassing and plastic body kit parts for people. Some reapirs and some modifying or parts. What is the usual surface prep for this kind of thing also do any of you know any online panelbeating/painting forums?

sand back the panel till there is no crack left, if it goes all the way through sand it back to a minimal thickness of the fibreglass then wipe the surface down and fibreglass over the top. that's what we do at work anyway.
