I would like to know if this is a good headunit for SQ
spec are pretty impressive 24bit burr brown etc
has anyone used/heard/tested this?

I think it only has 1 or 2v preouts

iv ot the kenwood KDC - X7529 deck,has the same 24 bit DAC's that the one you are asking about does,except mines 3 down from top of the range.the SQ is fantastic with my deck,once you have it all set up properly i should think you will rather pleased with it.

Definitely a great SQ deck in this price range, in fact the difference is little when comparing to higher end decks like Nak mb100 and Mcintsoh mx406.
It has very detailed sound however a little bright for my liking. Still my pick for a 1k HU.
