if you go to a newsagents, or or big w or spotlight or craft stores or any place like that you can get iron on trandfer paper...you just print out what you want onto the paper, than follow the instructions to iron it on, voila!!!!

Yep, Spotlight has it.
I used it once, and didn't do it properly (You're suppose to cut around the edges). I just cut a square out so it turned out funny.

yeah subwayboy, basically anything that doesnt have a "do not iron" tag on it..like nylon etc, arent suitable, or theyll melt..basically your normal t-shirt type material should be right....

i dont think you can get just letters....you have to buy the iron on transfer sheets, and print crap onto them, than transfer

A mate of mine was making some Punisher T-Shirts. He bought an Iron on T-Shirt kit from BIG-W for $8. It has 3 A4 sheets in it that you can use. You'd have to cut the letters out yourself.
Another option is screen printing.

http://www.customink.comJust do a search on google for "custom tshirt" or similar. There are heaps of places that will do 1 off's.
Also search on ebay cause there are a lot on there who will print anything u want on a shirt.
