I think he wants a professional to do a display, not illegally purchase them. Look in your Yellowpages, they should be listed.

Might be difficult. The restrictions will be fairly strict seeing that we're in the middle of a drought.
When are you looking at getting that box built?

For a fee, I will gladly light my farts on fire for you. I'm sure we could get some lasers and whatnot, play some cheesy 80's dance music in the background... I don't think you'll get a better offer!

Go to the markets . $20 worth of sparklers (specifically, the powder on them) should make a pretty display.

dude,go the sparklers, fill a milo tin with em,small one perfurably and you wont be disapointed lol.or get 2 plastic lids from coke botels or simela and fill one half with sparkler dust use a large philips head screw driver and punch a hole in the top of the other lid, tape the 2 lids together and then cut the metal end off an unused sparkler and shove it in the hole.make a few of these and they should be fine, made one go as high as a 2 story house once, ahh the fun days haha.but ether way dont underestimate the sparkler dust.

Well that takes a lot of work.
I have set-up and fired Riverfire twice and it took 54 pyro's 7 x 14hr days to get it set-up.
13 rooftops, 2 bridges, 5 barages and 7 pontoons.
Not a bad show though, especially from one of the firing rooftops.
I've got some photos at home of the set-up, every time i look at them i thank myself i am no longer doing displays that large.......

Jun 30 2006, 10:18 PM

nearly 5300 man hours!
*yawn*
lol...im still looking around on the net...but thats pointless......i either end up with something to do with riverfire or new years (when is riverfire?).......OR....end up in a gallery of one of the two
have resorted to asking friends and locals lol.....still, anyone on the southside hear of anything anytime soon???
cheers folks
brisbane river festival is september 1 - 10 - not sure if river fire will be on the first day or last day, cant remember, but yeah thats like 8 weeks away, which is probably to long. Ekkas coming up in august.... The Mt Gravatt show (anyone know when that is) Football Games - check out local schools and see if they are having fates or anything they usually have fireworks
