I would say the Dyns if I were limited to those four.

have you listened to any of these speakers, as i would class in terms of sound characteristics the dyns completely different to the s600a, the boston's and the focals
the diamond's you mentioned come with either the option of hard dome or soft dome tweeters
generally if you prefer a more mellow, softer sound look towards a silk dome tweeter with such brands as rainbow, morel
if you prefer a more detailed, sharper sound look towards the metal dome tweeters such as mb quart, focal
once you listened to the speakers then you'll know which one to pick as speakers are a subjective taste and there's no particular better speaker to pick, but which one better suits your needs

I have listen to a few but hard to find places that stock them.
I had a set od Quartz but were to tweeters were too much for me.
I would also put the rainbows in my list as well (Rainbow CS 365) i think they are.

if you think the mb quart are overwhelming look towards a soft dome tweeter
did you mean the rainbow cs 265? as you seemed to be going for 2 ways not 3 ways
also which rainbow cs265...the profi or the profi vanadium's
i just did a back to back comparison a few days ago with the dyn 240gt and the profi kicks and a summary of the differences are that the dyns are warmer, had a more full midbass presentation while the rainbows are cleaner sounding and more revealing of detail
if it comes down to your short list i would pick the rainbow's due to personal taste

I'd recommend listening to the Profi Van Kicks if you want more midbass presence.

in that price range i would look at the Eton Adventures.. such a sweet sounding speaker.
alot nicer IMO than any of them.

I had a listen to the Eton's week before last, and I have to say...VERY impressive. Very, very nice indeed. Not good enough to convince me to replace my Dyns yet, but if I went back in time......who knows??
I'd be saying go for Dyn MW160/MD130, Rainbow 265 Profi Kicks or Eton Adventures myself... but in this league, whatever you get you'd be happy with.

the reason i said the etons over the dyn's are they would be easier to setup, there probly not as detailed and accurate as the dyn's but they have a smoothness about them that is sweet.
